HOWARD – Former Green Bay Packers running back Ty Montgomery has sold his house on Rockwell Court in Howard.

Montgomery bought 1642 Rockwell Court in March 2018, when his long-term future with the Green Bay Packers seemed likely. He was traded to the Baltimore Ravens in October 2018, and signed with the New York Jets as a free agent in April 2019.

Montgomery at one time owned two houses in Howard. He purchased the larger Rockwell Court house after he got married. A house he owned on Beechwood Drive was sold in December 2018.

He paid $445,000 for the Rockwell Court house in 2018 and sold it for $685,000. His initial asking price was $874,900. The house was extensively remodeled, according to Ben Bartolazzi Real Estate Inc., which brokered the sale.
