Ex-Packers tackle Bryan Bulaga lists Suamico house for $625,000
SUAMICO - Former Green Bay Packers tackle Bryan Bulaga has listed his house in Suamico for sale for $625,000.
The property at 2887 Moose Creek Trail includes two lots totaling a little more than three-fourths of an acre near Bay Port High School.
The two-story house has five bedrooms, 3½ baths and cathedral ceilings. It is 4,119 square feet, with nearly 1,000 square feet on the lower level. It includes a three-stall garage, privacy fencing and a rec area with wet bar.
It also includes an elevated three-seasons room overlooking the backyard and adjacent conservation area.
The house is listed by Dallaire Realty.
Bulaga signed a three-year, $30 million contract with the Los Angeles Chargers in March.
He was the 23rd overall pick in the 2010 NFL draft. He left college with a year of eligibility remaining and became a starter midway through his first year with the Packers. He was named to the NFL All-Rookie Team and was the youngest player to start in a Super Bowl when the Packers defeated the Pittsburgh Steelers 31-25 in Super Bowl XLV.
He started 111 of 144 regular-season games in nine seasons with the Packers, missing the entire 2013 season and parts of others primarily because of knee injuries.
Other Packers houses on the market include:
- 1306 S. Sedona Circle, Hobart, owned by former Packers interim head coach Joe Philbin. The house is listed for $759,900.
- 935 N. Broadway, De Pere, owned by Packers President and CEO Mark Murphy, who moved to a nearby condominium. The house is listed for $1.1 million.
- 3970 N. Parker Way, Ledgeview, owned by former Packers linebacker Blake Martinez. The condo is listed for $329,900.
