HOBART –  Former Green Bay Packers interim head coach Joe Philbin sold his house in Hobart for $715,000.

Philbin was Packers' head coach for four games at the end of the 2018 season after many years as an assistant coach. He also was head coach of the Miami Dolphins from 2012 to 2015. He rejoined former Packers head coach Mike McCarthy in Dallas for the 2020 season. He is the assistant head coach and offensive line coach for the Cowboys.

The house at 1306 Sedona Circle, on the 11th hole of Thornberry Creek at Oneida golf course, is 5,491 square feet with five bedrooms and 4½ bathrooms. The lot size is just under half an acre. It was built in 2012.

The property also has a 3½-stall garage, a built-in custom gas grill with granite countertops and stone fire pit.

Former Green Bay Packers interim head coach Joe Philbin listed his house on the Thornberry Creek at Oneida golf course. Philbin now is assistant head coach and offensive line coach for the Dallas Cowboys.

Philbin was named interim head coach of the Packers for the final four games of the 2018 season. McCarthy was fired that year after a listless 20-17 loss to the woeful Arizona Cardinals. The Packers finished 6-9-1 in 2018, their worst season since 2008, when they were 6-10.

During his run as offensive coordinator, from 2007-2011, the Packers ranked in the top 10 in the NFL for points scored and total yards each year, including the 2010 Super Bowl-winning season.

Philbin's coaching career began as a graduate assistant in 1984 at Tulane University.
