GREEN BAY - The Green Bay Packers announced pep rallies this year for games in New Orleans, San Francisco and Kansas City.

In normal years, the Packers frequently hold pep rallies for road games. None were held last year because of the coronavirus pandemic. The three rallies this year are all that are scheduled for the regular season, which includes nine road games because of the NFL expanding the schedule to 17 games.

The three include:

  • The New Orleans rally at 6 p.m. Central time, Saturday, Sept. 11, Krazy Korner nightclub, 640 Bourbon St.
  • The San Francisco rally at 6 p.m. Pacific time, Saturday, Sept. 25, The Patio, 412 Emerson St., Palo Alto.
  • The Kansas City rally at 6 p.m. Central time, Saturday, Nov. 6,  Chicken N Pickle, 1761 Burlington St., North Kansas City, Mo.
Green Bay Packers fans gather at a pep rally in Jacksonville, Fla., at the beginning of the 2016 season.

Details on the rallies will be provided later, but normally they consist of a Q&A session with Packers President and CEO Mark Murphy, appearances by Packers alumni, a roundtable discussion by Packers announcer Wayne Larrivee and reporters, and prize giveaways.
