The University of Wisconsin's football practice Saturday at The Don Hutson Center will not be open to the public.

The Badgers will practice at the Green Bay Packers' indoor facility beginning at 10 a.m. Saturday. The team will tour Lambeau Field and the Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame and will have lunch in a Lambeau Field Atrium event room.

Wisconsin is coming to Green Bay to give players exposure to Lambeau Field in advance of its season-opening game against the LSU Tigers. The Lambeau Field College Classic presented by Carmex is scheduled for Sept. 3 on Labor Day weekend. Spokesman Aaron Popkey said the Packers asked NFL schedule makers to have them on the road for the final preseason weekend to make way for the college game.

Wisconsin-LSU will be the first major college football game at Lambeau Field. St. Norbert College played at Lambeau three times, hosting Fordham twice and Mankato State once. The last game was in 1983.

The Badgers will use the visiting team locker room Saturday and for the LSU game. LSU will be assigned to a temporary locker room the Packers designed during the most recent Lambeau Field renovation as a contingency for just such an occasion.

Areas used by Packers players, rehabbing players and football staff will be out of bounds.

Tickets for the Wisconsin-LSU game started at $327 on secondary market websites Wednesday. The majority of tickets were $400 and more.
