GREEN BAY - The Green Bay Packers will be without four key starters against the Chicago Bears on Thursday night, but they will get back outside linebacker Nick Perry.
Starting tackles Bryan Bulaga (ankle) and David Bakhtiari (hamstring), along with defensive tackle Mike Daniels (hip) and cornerback Davon House (thigh) were declared inactive, while Perry was among the 46 who will play. Perry will play with a club on his broken right hand.
The Packers listed Bulaga and Bakhtiari as doubtful Wednesday, so it was no surprise that they weren't in the starting lineup. The team did not announce the replacements in the starting lineup, but in warm-ups, guard Lane Taylor practiced at left tackle, guard/center Lucas Patrick was at left guard and guard Justin McCray was at right tackle.
Daniels was listed as questionable and the Packers felt there was at least a 50-50 chance he would play. But he will miss his second straight game after dropping out of the Atlanta game early in Week 2.
Perry's return will bolster the run defense, but how much he can help the pass rush is questionable given he will be playing with his right hand completely wrapped up. Perry has played 20 games in his career with a club on one of his hands.
Bulaga played for the first time this season against Cincinnati last week, but he left in the fourth quarter after aggravating his right ankle injury. Bakhtiari injured his hamstring in Week 1 against Seattle and hasn't played since.

The Bears will be without starting safety Quintin Demps (forearm) and starting inside linebacker Nick Kwiatkoski (chest), both of whom are inactive because of injury. Starting guard Josh Sitton, who was questionable with a ribs injury, is active.
