Davon House active for Packers, but Nick Perry out against Browns

CLEVELAND - The Green Bay Packers will be without outside linebacker Nick Perry against the Cleveland Browns, but they may have cornerback Davon House.
Perry is inactive due to foot and shoulder injuries, but House, who was listed as doubtful on the injury report is active. It's very unusual for a player who is listed as doubtful to be active on game day.
It's possible the Packers have him up for emergency purposes. If not, they will undoubtedly have to answer questions from the league on why House was listed as doubtful, which means a 75% or more chance of not playing.
The Packers did leave active undrafted rookie cornerbacks Lenzy Pipkins and Donatello Brown. They join House, Damarious Randall and Josh Hawkins as the active cornerbacks.
Kyler Fackrell is likely to start for Perry.
Here are the Packers' inactives:
- RB Devante Mays
- CB Demetri Goodson
- LB Nick Perry
- T Ulrick John
- G/T Adam Pankey
- WR Michael Clark
- LB Chris Odom
The Browns will be without two starters: rookie safety Jabril Peppers and defensive tackle Danny Shelton. In addition sub corner Briean Boddy-Calhoun is out.
Kai Nacua will start for Peppers and Larry Ogunjobi will start for Shelton.
