Patrick Mahomes didn't seem all that impressed with being No. 4 on 'Top 100 Players of 2020' countdown

Patrick Mahomes is coming off a season in which he led the Kansas City Chiefs to a fourth-quarter comeback win over the San Francisco 49ers in Super Bowl LIV and was named MVP in that game for his heroics down the stretch.

He followed that up with a historic extension, then he bought a Ferrari and became part-owner of the Kansas City Royals. Not a bad summer, indeed.

But if anyone was worried about the 24-year-old QB becoming complacent, all you have to do is look at his reaction Wednesday night when it was announced on NFL Network that he was ranked as the No. 4 player in the league's annual 'Top 100' player rankings, which is voted on by the players.

He simply tweeted the notes emoji, meaning he's not going to be forgetting about this:

The top three in the voting were Lamar Jackson (first), Russell Wilson (second) and Aaron Donald (third). The voting took place following the 2019 season so you can kind of understand why Jackson got the top spot but still -- Mahomes is currently the best player in the league.
