13 quarterbacks made the NFL Top 100 list produced by the NFL Network for the 2020 season.

The players for the list were chosen based on voting from players in the league and it included some surprises.

Most notably at the top.

Super Bowl MVP Patrick Mahomes of the Kansas City Chiefs isn't the No. 1 quarterback in the league, at least according to his peers.

He isn't the No. 2 quarterback either.

Baltimore Ravens QB Lamar Jackson, the regular season MVP last season, was voted the top quarterback in the league in the 2020 NFL Top 100. He was also No. 1 overall among NFL players.

Russell Wilson, the Seattle Seahawks quarterback, was No. 2 among quarterbacks and No. 2 overall.

Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson (3) and Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray (1) exchange jerseys after a game at State Farm Stadium last season. They could be contending for the NFL MVP Award in 2020.

Mahomes came in No. 3 on the list among QBs. He was No. 4 overall.

New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees was fourth among quarterbacks (No. 12 overall), with Tampa Bay Buccaneers QB Tom Brady No. 5 (No. 14 overall).

The final quarterback on the list was the Arizona Cardinals' Kyler Murray, who debuted on the list at No. 90 after shining as a rookie in 2019.

Notable omissions included the Philadelphia Eagles' Carson Wentz, Atlanta Falcons' Matt Ryan, Pittsburgh Steelers' Ben Roethlisberger and Los Angeles Rams' Jared Goff, who were the only four quarterbacks ranked in the Top 10 at their position in average annual salary to not be included in the NFL Top 100.
