NFL running back rankings: Christian McCaffrey, Derrick Henry atop NFL Top 100 RB list

12 running backs made the NFL Top 100 list produced by the NFL Network for the 2020 season.

The players for the list were chosen based on voting from players in the league.

Carolina Panthers do-everything running back Christian McCaffrey earned the top spot among running backs in the league, coming in at No. 6 overall.

Tennessee Titans RB Derrick Henry came in second at No. 10 overall.

Dalvin Cook of the Minnesota Vikings was the No. 3 running back on the list, coming in at No. 21 overall.

The Dallas Cowboys' Ezekiel Elliott (No. 24 overall) and the New York Giants' Saquon Barkley (No. 31 overall) rounded out the Top 5 at the position, based on voting by NFL players.

Todd Gurley, now with the Atlanta Falcons, came in ninth among RBs at No. 51 overall.

Tennessee Titans running back Derrick Henry has the respect of his peers, judging from his NFL Top 100 ranking for 2020.

The Las Vegas Raiders' Josh Jacobs made the list in his second season in the league, coming in at No. 72 after an impressive rookie season.

Some of the highest paid running backs in the league didn't make the NFL Top 100, including the New York Jets' Le'Veon Bell and the Houston Texans' David Johnson.
