Pro Football Network: Titans 24, Colts 21
Ben Rolfe writes: "The Titans are coming off statement wins over the two favorites in the AFC. Now, they have a chance to advance to 6-2 and separate themselves from their AFC South rival, having already beaten the Colts in Week 3. While Indianapolis is fighting hard, they have struggled when the competition level has stepped up. Their win over the 49ers was a resilient performance, but a victory over the Titans would be the Colts’ best win of the season. It is somewhat surprising that Indy is the favorite. Unless Tennessee lets the emotion of the past two weeks affect them, they should win this matchup."

Matt Johnson writes: "There's no way we can bet against the Tennessee Titans right now. The offense is playing at an elite level, meeting the expectations everyone had before the season. Far more important, an injury-riddled defense is starting to make key stops. If the Titans maintain this, they should easily dispatch the Colts."

Peter Panacy writes: "All Tennessee has to do is what the Niners failed to do last Sunday: go after Indianapolis’ questionable secondary with any sort of regularity. Tannehill was able to do this with relative ease against the Chiefs, and one could make the argument the Colts’ defensive backfield has just as many headaches going on there, too. If this approach pans out, it wouldn’t be shocking at all to see the Titans come away with yet another victory, pushing their win streak to four games in a row and getting the team out to a division-commanding 6-2 record."

Geoffrey Knox writes: "Allow us to clear something up for you if you haven’t figured this out for yourself. You may not believe this now, but the 2021 regular season will tell the tale. The Indianapolis Colts aren’t any better with Carson Wentz than they were with Philip Rivers. That is a fact. Now, whether you agree with that or not, it’s the truth. You can be angry. You can say some nasty things on Twitter. That’s okay. None of that changes the facts. No evidence proves Carson Wentz makes the Colts, a team that was a threat to make the playoffs without him, any better."
Tennessean: Colts 25, Titans 22
Ben Arthur writes: "The Colts appear to be the only AFC South team capable of beating the Titans this year."

It writes: "Back at home, with the season on the line, Indianapolis would really need to get hot. It’s fitting that all this leads to a matchup against the Tennessee Titans, who could coast to a division title if they beat Indianapolis twice. Unfortunately for Indy, the Titans are coming off consecutive wins over the Bills and Chiefs. Don’t expect them to let up any time soon."
