The Indianapolis Colts open the 2021 NFL season at Lucas Oil Stadium against the Seattle Seahawks. 

The Colts are coming off an 11-5 season that saw them earn the No. 7 seed in the 2020 NFL playoffs. They lost in a wild-card playoff matchup to the Buffalo Bills

The Seahawks also finished the 2020 regular season 11-5 and defeated the Philadelphia Eagles in a wild-card game. Seattle lost to the Green Bay Packers in the divisional round. 

Colts coach Frank Reich is entering his fourth season and has a 28-20 regular-season record. Seahawks coach Pete Carroll is entering his 12th season and has a 112-63-1 regular-season record.
