Rodgers to return to celebrity golf tourney
Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers again will compete in the annual American Century Championship celebrity golf tournament at Lake Tahoe.
Rodgers is a tournament regular among 90 sports and entertainment celebrities. Others include Justin Timberlake, Charles Barkley, Jerry Rice, Ray Romano and John Elway.
Players will compete for $600,000 in prize money during the 54-hole tournament at Edgewood Tahoe Golf Course in Stateline, Nev. In its 27th year, the tournament has raised more than $4 million for charities.
Rodgers placed 27th in the 2015 tournament.

The tournament will be broadcast live on NBCSN on July 22 and on NBC on July 23-24. All rounds will replay on Golf Channel.
In February, Rodgers was a celebrity participant in the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am in California.
