Brett Favre: Packers still kings of the North

In his inaugural appearance in his new role with SiriusXM NFL Radio, former Green Bay Packers quarterback and newly enshrined Pro Football Hall of Famer Brett Favre was asked Tuesday about the season-ending knee injury suffered by Minnesota quarterback Teddy Bridgewater and the Vikings’ subsequent trade for Sam Bradford.

Brett Favre  talks  with the media about his induction into the Hall of Fame as well as his career, his drive, and the players and coaches with whom he played during a news conference Friday, Aug. 5, 2016 in Canton, Ohio, where Favre is part of the  NFL Hall of Fame Class of 2016.

Favre, while not exactly going out on a limb, was complimentary of the Vikings for making the move to acquire Bradford. He also was adamant that the Packers remain the team to beat in the NFC North, despite the Vikings winning the division last year.
