Green Bay Packers fullback John Kuhn runs off the field in victory against the Dallas Cowboys on Jan. 11 at Lambeau Field in Green Bay.

John Kuhn sure doesn’t sound like he’s forgotten the fans who turned him into a Wisconsin folk hero during his time with the Green Bay Packers.

Appearing on ESPN Milwaukee’s Wilde and Tausch radio show earlier today, the former Packers fullback made it clear how much he enjoyed his time in Green Bay.  In fact, Kuhn, a two-year co-host of USA TODAY NETWORK-Wisconsin's "Clubhouse Live" program, went so far as to say he still openly roots for the Packers.

Kuhn did admit it was tough coming to grips with the fact that he was not coming back to the team where he won a Super Bowl back in 2010. But he also made clear how much fun he’s having with his new team, the New Orleans Saints.
