GREEN BAY: Ty Montgomery, 4-yard run (Mason Crosby kick), 9:57 left. How they scored: On third and 2, Aaron Rodgers moved to his left and found Jared Cook behind Demontre Cook for 27. On third and 11, Cook beat ILB Nick Kwiatkoski on an out for 17. On first down, Montgomery broke a feeble attempted tackle by Tracy Porter and scored standing up. SECOND QUARTER
CHICAGO: Connor Barth, 26-yard field goal, 6:00 left. How they scored: Rodgers held the ball too long on fourth and 3 at the Bears 22 and was sacked by OLB Pernell McPhee. Matt Barkley found Deonte Thompson thee times for 43 yards, giving the Bears first down at the 15. From there, Jordan Howard gained 6, Joe Thomas tackled Ka’Deem Carey for 1 and Barkley overthrew Cameron Meredith in the left corner with Quinten Rollins covering. CHICAGO: Joshua Bellamy, 10-yard pass from Barkley (Barth kick), 2:16 left. How they scored: Kentrell Brice was penalized 10 yards for holding on Jacob Schum’s 33-yard punt. On second and 7, Meredith ran a deep post against Rollins for 34. On second and 2, Bellamy caught a hitch at the line with Damarious Randall playing five yards off. Bellamy ran through Randall’s weak attempted tackle at the 5 for the TD. The drive: Four plays, 55 yards, 2:08. Bears 10, Packers 7.
GREEN BAY: Crosby, 34-yard field goal, :32 left. How they scored: Cook caught a wide-open shallow crossing route for 21, then an out cut for 10. Montgomery made Kwiatkoski miss the line on a run off left tackle. He cut back, then dragged SS Adrian Amos and others about 15 yards for a gain of 36 to the 16. From there, nickel back Demontre Hurst tackled Cook for no gain, Davante Adams dropped a TD pass in the corner behind Porter and FS Deon Bush nearly intercepted an end-zone pass to Jordy Nelson. Crosby’s kick barely cleared the crossbar in the right corner. “I hit some ground,” Crosby said. “I got away with one.” The drive: Nine plays, 69 yards, 1:44. Packers 10, Bears 10.
THIRD QUARTER
GREEN BAY: Crosby, 18-yard field goal, 11:10 left. How they scored: Julius Peppers beat LT Charles Leno around the corner, stripped Barkley and recovered at the 17. “Nothing special,” Peppers said. “I happened to beat him.” From there, T.J. Lang was penalized for holding, Adams dropped a TD pass behind Cre’Von LeBlanc and Rodgers scrambled twice for 15. “I told him (Adams) we’re behind him,” said guard Lane Taylor. “Things happen. He’s won us games this year.” The drive: Six plays, 16 yards, 3:43. Packers 13, Bears 10.

How they scored: Barkley threw deep down the middle for TE Daniel Brown and it was intercepted by Ha Ha Clinton-Dix, who returned 14 yards. “I was on the tight end and he threw it,” said nickel back Micah Hyde. “I looked back and I couldn’t see the ball; the sun was right there. Just an awesome play by him.” Adams caught a sideline pass against LeBlanc for 19. Rodgers found Nelson for 11 on the sideline against Porter. Montgomery ran inside, made ILB John Timu and Hurst miss, eluded DE Akiem Hicks and Kwiatkoski and surged for 26. On second down Montgomery scored easily through left tackle. “I felt like we blocked it pretty good and he just finished the run,” Taylor said. The drive: Seven plays, 58 yards, 4:35. GREEN BAY: Christine Michael, 42-yard run (Crosby kick), 1:03 left. How they scored: Barkley fired down the middle to Daniel Braverman and was intercepted by Clinton-Dix, who returned 27 yards. “In the back end if you gets tips and overthrows you’ve got to compete for the ball,” said Hyde. “He did a great job doing it.” On second and 7, Michael ran off right tackle, charged through LeBlanc and scored. “I ended up pulling around Bryan (Bulaga’s) block and picking up the linebacker in space,” said Taylor. “As soon as he hit off me I knew he was going to score. FOURTH QUARTER
CHICAGO: Alshon Jeffery, 8-yard pass from Barkley (Barth kick), 13:27 left. How they scored: Jeffery beat Randall on a post for 23, then Rollins on a seam for 27. The TD came on a slant against Randall. The drive: Six plays, 75 yards, 2:36. Packers 27, Bears 17.

CHICAGO: Barth, 23-yard field goal, 1:19 left. How they scored: A screen pass to Jeremy Langford gained 18 at the 2-minute warning, and Howard followed with a 13-yard run to the 3. On a running play, TE Logan Paulsen was penalized for holding. Meredith caught a bubble screen for 9, but blitzing safety Kentrell Brice helped stop Howard for no gain and Hyde broke up an outside-breaking route to Meredith. “I knew the ball had to come out immediately because we were getting pressure on the quarterback,” said Hyde. “I tried to get hands on him and make a play.
