Green Bay Packers wide receiver Jordy Nelson (87) rides the injury cart off the field after being hurt in the second quarter against the New York Giants at Lambeau Field Sunday, January 8, 2017.

ARLINGTON, Texas - Despite practicing in pads Thursday, Green Bay Packers cornerback Quinten Rollins will be inactive after spending the past two weeks in the concussion protocol.

Rollins and receiver Jordy Nelson (broken ribs) headline the Packers' list of seven inactives for their NFC divisional playoff game Sunday at the Dallas Cowboys. The Packers will be without their top receiver, as well as one of their top corners.

Nelson was declared out by coach Mike McCarthy on Friday.

As reported Saturday, cornerback Damarious Randall is active against the Cowboys despite being added to the team's injury report with a foot injury. Randall will join LaDarius Gunter to give the Packers their top two corners, and safety Micah Hyde could fill Rollins' void in subpackage.

Joining Nelson and Rollins on the inactive list are running back James Starks, center JC Tretter, offensive lineman Kyle Murphy, quarterback Joe Callahan and outside linebacker Jayrone Elliott.
