GREEN BAY - All seven of the Green Bay Packers players listed as doubtful on the injury report will not play Sunday against the Cincinnati Bengals, including six starters.

 Inactive for the Packers are:

  • WR Randall Cobb
  • S Kentrell Brice
  • CB Davon House
  • ILB Jake Ryan
  • OLB Nick Perry
  • T David Bakhtiari
  • DT Mike Daniels

None of the absences are surprising given none of the players practiced this week and were given only a 25% or less chance of playing according to their injury report status.

The Packers will miss Perry (broken finger(, Daniels (hip) and Bakhtiari (hamstring) the most, but Cobb and House are key losses against a Bengals team looking for its first victory.

Veteran Ahmad Brooks will make his first Packers start in place of Perry, while his former San Francisco 49ers teammate Quinton Dial will make his first Packers start in place of Daniels. Both players were released from the 49ers during training camp.

Kyle Murphy will make his second straight start for Bakhtiari. He has started one game at right tackle and one at left tackle. The game will mark the season debut of right tackle Bryan Bulaga, who has been out the entire season with a right ankle injury.

The Packers were planning on playing rookie defensive backs Kevin King and Josh Jones a lot anyway, but instead of King and House (thigh) starting at the two outside positions it will be King and either Damarious Randall or Quinten Rollins. Either Randall or Rollins is expected to play in the slot in nickel situations, although it's possible Josh Hawkins might get some playing time.

Jones will fill in for Brice (groin), who was probably going to turn over some snaps to the second-round pick regardless of his physical status. The Packers have been eager to get Jones in the lineup in some fashion and chances are he'll play a decent amount against the Bengals.

Ryan (concussion/hamstring) is listed as a starter but safety Morgan Burnett has played the majority of snaps inside opposite Blake Martinez.

On offense, Davante Adams will start for Cobb and Geronimo Allison will probably pick up most of Cobb's snaps.

The Bengals will be without tight end Tyler Eifert (back), guard Trey Hopkins (knee) and receiver John Ross (knee).

T.J. Johnson will start at right guard for Hopkins and Tyler Kroft will start for Eifert.

Here are the Bengals' inactives:

  • WR John Ross
  • CB KeiVarae Russell
  • S Derron Smith
  • G Christian Westerman
  • G Trey Hopkins
  • WR Josh Malone
  • TE Tyler Eifert
