GREEN BAY - The Green Bay Packers will have a much-desired part of their pass rush back Sunday against the Chicago Bears.

Veteran outside linebacker Ahmad Brooks is active after missing the last three games due to a back injury and the Packers are hoping he can give them something off the edge and last the entire game.

In addition to Brooks, offensive lineman Justin McCray is active. He injured his ankle on the final play of the game against Detroit, but was able to practice in a limited form all week.

McCray is likely to replace Bryan Bulaga at right tackle. Bulaga is inactive after suffering a season-ending torn ACL in his right knee against the Lions.

Also inactive because of injury is safety Morgan Burnett (groin) and defensive tackle Quinton Dial (chest). Burnett had been declared out early in the week.

Rookie Josh Jones will start in his place.

Here are the Packers' inactives:

  • RB Devante Mays
  • S Morgan Burnett
  • CB Donatello Brown
  • T Bryan Bulaga
  • DT Quinton Dial
  • LB Chris Odom

For the Bears, inside linebacker Danny Trevathan (calf) is not active. Trevathan delivered the hit that knocked wide receiver Davante Adams out of the game in the first meeting between the two at Lambeau Field.

Trevathan leads the team in tackles.

The Bears will also be without nickel cornerback Bryce Callahan (knee) and tight end Dion Sims (illness).

Here are the Bears' inactives:

  • QB Mark Sanchez,
  • CB Sherrick McManis
  • OL Tom Compton
  • DE Roy Robertson-Harris
  • LB Danny Trevathan
  • CB Bryce Callahan
