GREEN BAY - The Green Bay Packers are expected to add another rookie wide receiver before training camp begins.

The team is signing Adonis Jennings of Temple, his agent David Canter tweeted Tuesday. He’ll join an already young group that includes draft picks J’Mon Moore, Marquez Valdes-Scantling and Equanimeous St. Brown.

Jennings had a tryout with the Packers during last month’s minicamp. He started his college career at Pitt before playing his last three seasons at Temple, where he caught 42 passes for 742 yards and seven touchdowns last year as a senior.

The Packers were already at capacity with 90 players on their roster, but they cleared a spot by placing linebacker Parris Bennett on the reserve/retired list.

Camp gets underway at 11:30 a.m. Thursday with the Packers' first practice at Ray Nitschke Field. Players moved into their dormitory at St. Norbert College on Tuesday afternoon.
