Packers head coach Matt LaFleur discusses the decision to add a foghorn before every opponent's third down at Lambeau Field. Olivia Reiner, PackersNews

Packers coach Matt LaFleur spoke after Green Bay's 28-26 preseason win over the Texans on Thursday about the new sound effect played at Lambeau Field before third-down snaps, citing it as a mechanism to enhance the home-field advantage.

Needless to say, many fans were not impressed with the "fog horn," which seems like something out of the playbook of another NFC North franchise.

It's not exactly the same thing as the Minnesota Vikings horn sound effect that induces skin-crawling bad vibes for Green Bay fans, but it's sort of the weird same thing, isn't it?

Anyway, Packers fans on Twitter weren't having it.
