Green Bay Packers offensive lineman Don Barclay.

Following are the highlights from Green Bay Packers coach Mike McCarthy's press conference after training camp practice Tuesday:

On offensive lineman Don Barclay's injury:

Suffered a knee injury in team blitz drill. I was standing behind him. Got himself in a bad position. He's being evaluated. We'll know more tonight.

Was it tough to look at?

Could definitely see he was in a compromised position.

How big a blow is it if he's out for a while?

He's exactly what you're looking for if you want someone to emulate as a Packer on and off field. Hope it's not serious.

Was there a change of gears doing scout team stuff today?

Every training camp, you get out of installation and transition into game environment. Today was different, had some corrections from yesterday and also working on what we might see Saturday at Tennessee.

Was today like a Wednesday practice in season?

Similar. Training camp is still the emphasis, training 90 people, but similar to a Wednesday.

How has rookie quarterback Chase Rettig looked?

Did a nice job today, ran two-minute drill well. He's done a very good job in classroom. He's done some nice things.

What do you think of guard Lane Taylor in Year 2?

Haven't played a game yet. Looking for him to put in a good day of practice.

Is it hard to evaluate when doing scout team on one side of the ball?

They still have individual assignments. Important for guys to play it the way we coach it.

How has safety Chris Banjo built off last year?

He looks a lot more confident. We've seen him play faster. Important for him and everybody to take advantage of reps in games.

Why did safety Morgan Burnett miss practice?

Suffered an oblique strain (yesterday). Will find out more tonight.
