A healthy Casey Hayward (left) at cornerback should improve the Packers’ defense.

Seven players didn't suit up because of injury against the Oakland Raiders.

Sitting out were cornerback Casey Hayward (hamstring), running back Rajion Neal (knee), linebacker Joe Thomas (knee), tight end Brandon Bostick (lower leg), defensive tackle Letroy Guion (hamstring), wide receiver Jared Abbrederis (knee) and offensive lineman Don Barclay (knee).

Guion has yet to practice in training camp, and Abbrederis and Barclay are out for the season with anterior cruciate ligament injuries.

Offensive lineman Jordan McCray suited up after sitting out practice with a shoulder injury.

In the first half, nose tackle B.J. Raji left the game with an arm injury and didn't return. Cornerback Demetri Goodson sustained a concussion during the game.

-- Aaron Rodgers had a relatively rough night running the no-huddle offense, completing only nine of 20 passes for 139 yards. His quarterback rating of 101.9 was enhanced by two touchdown passes, but he seemed out of sync with his receivers.

-- The Packers recovered two fumbles and now have four in the three preseason games.

-- The Packers and Raiders combined for 20 penalties for 193 yards.
