Packers tight end Brandon Bostick hopes to have a better idea when he may return to the field after his right leg injury is evaluated Wednesday.

Bostick suffered a slightly fractured right fibula in the Packers' second preseason game against the St. Louis Rams last month. His hope had been to return by the opener Thursday at the Seattle Seahawks, but Bostick watched that date pass by.
"I feel fine," Bostick said Monday. "I'll find out more Wednesday what I'm going to do, but there's a difference actually competing against somebody and running on your own.
"I don't know where I'm at. I hoped I could play last game, but obviously I wasn't ready. I think I'm going to take it week-by-week and see how I feel."
