McCarthy: Brad Jones won't play against Jets
Green Bay Packers coach Mike McCarthy spoke to the media on Friday. Here are some highlights from his news conference:

Packers injury report
Out: ILB Brad Jones (quadriceps). Questionable: RT Bryan Bulaga (knee). Probable: TE Brandon Bostick (fibula), CB Demetri Goodson (concussion), RB Eddie Lacy (concussion).
On Bulaga:
Bryan Bulaga, with his exam, sore. We expected that. We'll see how he progresses today. Working both days, what to be expected.
On what Bulaga needs to do to play:
Bulaga needs to go out tomorrow and show he can do the move-the-ball segment. That's what you're looking for. Reality is you only have 16 games. If Bulaga feels he can go, that'll be part of the decision. We're not saving anybody for next week. If Bryan can't go, it'll be a medical situation.
On whether Derek Sherrod will start if Bulaga can't:
Derek Sherrod would start if Bulaga can't go. I have confidence in our plan. That's part of it. He's getting better in practice
On who will play in place of Jones:
Jamari Lattimore and Sam Barrington have been working in place of Brad Jones. That's the way we'll go.
On Lattimore:
Jamari Lattimore is a heck of a football player. He brings a lot to the table. He excelled on s-teams early. He's very natural inside
On the opportunity for Lattimore:
It's a big opportunity. Anytime you get a chance to go and perform. If you perform at a high level, you don't want to give that spot back.
