Burnett, Shields inactive for Saints game

Packers safety Morgan Burnett (42) was active for Sunday night's game against the Chicago Bears at Lambeau Field.

The Packers were without two starters in their secondary Sunday night.

Safety Morgan Burnett with a calf injury and cornerback Sam Shields with a knee injury were inactive, along with starting defensive end Datone Jones, out with an ankle injury.

Rookie Ha Ha Clinton-Dix started in place of Burnett, while Davon House started for Shields and Josh Boyd for Jones.

Other inactives for the Packers were center/guard Garth Gerhart, wide receiver Jeff Janis, quarterback Scott Tolzien and linebacker Carl Bradford.

Rookie cornerback Demetri Goodson was active for his first game of the season.

Inactive for the Saints were running backs Khiry Robinson (forearm) and Pierre Thomas (rib/shoulder), center Jonathan Goodwin (knee/ankle), wide receivers Nick Toon and Joe Morgan, linebacker Kyle Knox (ankle) and defensive back Stanley Jean-Baptiste.

Tim Lelito started at center for Goodwin, while Mark Ingram started at running back.
