Shields, Daniels held out of Thursday's practice
The Green Bay Packers haven't sidestepped injuries this season – no team has by this time of year – but entering Week 14 the team couldn't ask for much better health.

Four players were held out of the week's first practice Thursday, just two full time starters. Most notable, cornerback Sam Shields (concussion) continued to work through standard protocol after being knocked from Sunday's game in the second quarter. Defensive end Mike Daniels, defensive tackle Josh Boyd and linebacker Jamari Lattimore (ankle) were also withheld from practice.
Look around the Don Hutson Center, and the rest of the Packers currently sport a clean bill of health. As the stretch run begins, no offensive players were held out of practice Thursday.
Green Bay has nagging injuries elsewhere. Right guard T.J. Lang practiced with an ankle injury, something he's played through the past month. Same for left guard Josh Sitton, who practiced and has played through a left, big toe injury.
Packers coach Mike McCarthy will address their status and have more insight when he meets with the media following Thursday's practice. Keep checking PackersNews.com for live updates and full coverage.
