As expected, Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers was the only player not participating in Wednesday's practice inside the Don Hutson Center.

Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers celebrates his first-quarter touchdown pass against the Dallas Cowboys in Sunday's NFC divisional playoff game at Lambeau Field.

Rodgers said Tuesday on his ESPN Wisconsin radio show that his schedule likely will be similar as last week when he practiced only on Thursday during the team period. He was scheduled to meet with the Packers' team physician, Dr. Patrick McKenzie, sometime Wednesday to figure out this week's plans.

The rest of the 53-man roster was in uniform and participating in the individual work and fundamental drills open to the media. Matt Flynn and Scott Tolzien handled all of the quarterback snaps.

Rodgers won't speak to the media until 4:05 p.m. CST, along with coach Mike McCarthy, receiver Jordy Nelson and outside linebacker Julius Peppers. The press conference will be broadcast live on NFL Network.
