Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers was limited again in practice Thursday with the strained left calf injury he's been nursing for the better part of a month.

Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers (12) runs out of the pocket in the fourth quarter of Sunday's game against the Dallas Cowboys at Lambeau Field in Green Bay.

Just don't tell Earl Thomas that.

"I'm not buying into this leg issue. I'm not buying into it," the Seattle safety told reporters Thursday. "I saw him scramble close to the goal line on the Cowboys, so he's not fooling me with that."

Shortly thereafter, Kam Chancellor tried to shed some light on what Thomas was saying. Regardless of what the injury report might say, the Seahawks are preparing for a fully operational Rodgers once game time arrives.

Even if he isn't, Rodgers has still be pretty effective. He's completed 72-of-97 passes (74.2 percent) for 860 yards and six touchdowns without an interception paying through the injury his last three games

"That's the mentality you've got to have," Chancellor said. "I'm not really concerned with his hobbly or wobbly calf, whatever. I'm concerned about Aaron Rodgers. If he's in that game, no matter how he's feeling, he's still Aaron Rodgers. He's capable of making plays, capable of getting the ball downfield, getting it to his receivers and just running their offense."

Rodgers didn't appear during the portion of practice open to the media Thursday, but took part in the pass-under-pressure and two team periods, according to Packers coach Mike McCarthy.

McCarthy pulled running back Eddie Lacy midway through practice with knee soreness. He was the only new addition to the injury report, joining guard Josh Sitton (toe) and defensive lineman Josh Boyd (ankle).

McCarthy has no concerns about whether Lacy will be available for Sunday.

"Eddie Lacy's knee is sore," McCarthy said. "I think Eddie will be ready to go on Sunday. Just the coach was nervous."
