Green Bay Packers assistant offensive line coach Steve Marshall will join the New York Jets' coaching staff, according to an ESPN report.
Marshall worked under offensive line coach James Campen in 2014, his lone season with the Packers. Green Bay was the third NFL team he'd served as an assistant, joining the Houston Texans and Cleveland Browns.
Before the season, Packers coach Mike McCarthy said his team would have its best offensive line during his tenure. In hindsight, it's something quarterback Aaron Rodgers agreed with. On his weekly ESPN Milwaukee radio show Tuesday, Rodgers said it was the best Packers offensive line in the past 10 years.
It is unknown what capacity Marshall will work with the Jets.
