The Green Bay Packers have three-quarters of their 2015 NFL draft class under contract after signing second-round pick Quinten Rollins to a four-year contract on Monday.

Rookie contracts used to be a complicated business, but the process has been streamlined since the league began slotting draft choices in the 2011 collective bargaining agreement.

Green Bay's rookie pool for this season is $5,123,244 with Rollins' year-one rookie allocation worth $680,466 for being the 62nd-overall pick. The cornerback's deal is expected to be worth $3,742,566 over four years with a $981,864 signing bonus, according to OverTheCap.com.

The Packers have two remaining unsigned picks: first-round defensive back Damarious Randall and third-round receiver Ty Montgomery. They reached agreements with their five third-day draft choices prior to last weekend's rookie orientation camp.

Receiver Davante Adams (second round) and tight end Richard Rodgers (third round) were the last draft picks to sign contracts last year, agreeing to deals on June 12.

The Packers also signed Central Michigan center/guard Andy Phillips on Monday after he participated in their rookie orientation camp last weekend on a tryout basis.

The 6-foot-2, 300-pound lineman was the only one of the 25 tryout players who attended the camp to immediately sign to a contract with the Packers. He worked extensively at center during the portion of Friday's practice open to the media.

Phillips, 23, started 43 games at Central Michigan, with 38 coming at left guard and five at center. He earned first-team All-Mid-American Conference honors as a senior.

He ran a 5.05-second time in the 40-yard dash at his pro day in March with a 30-inch vertical, 9-2 broad jump and 26 bench reps of 225 pounds. The Packers have two remaining spots on their 90-man offseason roster.
