Barclay to start at RT; Rollins inactive

Don Barclay will start at right tackle for the Green Bay Packers when they host the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday Night Football, replacing the injured Bryan Bulaga.
Packers coach Mike McCarthy hadn't named a starting right tackle until just before Sunday's kickoff. Bulaga reportedly had surgery to repair a torn meniscus and also sprained his MCL during individual drills at Thursday's practice.
Barclay played well in 14 starts at right tackle while replacing Bulaga in 2013, when he had a torn ACL. He's also coming off his own lost season to an ACL tear, and he struggled early in the Packers' preseason. Against a fierce Seahawks defense, the Packers will need the 2013 version of Barclay.
The Packers' other inactives are cornerbacks Quinten Rollins and LaDarius Gunter, quarterback Brett Hundley, running back Alonzo Harris, tight end Kennard Backman, defensive end Bruce Gaston and Bulaga.
Barring an unknown injury, Rollins' inclusion on the inactive list instead of cornerback Demetri Goodson is interesting. It could highlight the emphasis the Packers are placing on special teams, a phase that failed them during the NFC championship game in January. Rollins was drafted in the second round this offseason, but Goodson is one of the core special teams contributors.
Gaston was active for last week's opener at the Chicago Bears, but the Packers are returning defensive end Datone Jones tonight. Jones missed the opener with a one-game suspension. The Packers will carry five defensive linemen on their game-day roster.
Outside linebacker Andy Mulumba also was activated after being on the inactive list against the Bears. Mulumba gives the Packers an extra special teams contributor.
Here are the Seahawks inactives against the Packers:
WR B.J. Daniels
CB Tye Smith
FB Will Tukuafu
LB Mike Morgan
G Mark Glowinski
