The Green Bay Packers were again without receiver Davante Adams and safety Morgan Burnett during Thursday’s padded practice, leaving their availability for Sunday’s game in San Francisco up in the air.

Burnett hasn’t practice since dropping out last Friday with an aggravated calf strain. Packers coach Mike McCarthy said Thursday morning he was interested in seeing how he moved during the pre-practice work.

Adams aggravated his sprained ankle on the third offensive play in Monday’s 38-28 win over Kansas City. He appeared in the locker room on Wednesday sporting a boot on his left foot. Even if the injury isn’t deemed significant, the short week could leave Adam’s availability for Sunday in question.

Their next opportunity to get back on the field will be during the team’s final practice, which will be conducted Saturday in the Bay Area since the team is flying out a day earlier than usual.

Right tackle Bryan Bulaga (torn meniscus), cornerback Demetri Goodson (hamstring) and inside linebacker Jake Ryan (hamstring) also didn’t practice.

Running back Eddie Lacy (sprained ankle) and receiver Randall Cobb (sprained AC joint) continued to practice after being full participants on Wednesday. New practice-squad tight end Blake Annen also suited up for the first time.
