Green Bay Packers defensive lineman Mike Daniels participated in Thursday’s practice after resting his sore hamstring on Wednesday.

Daniels has been dealing with the hamstring for the last two weeks after flaring up against Dallas. He played through it in Sunday’s 30-20 win over Oakland, leading the defensive line with 41 snaps.

Both he and guard Josh Sitton (back) appeared to be limited during the early portion of practice open to the media. Daniels was the only player who returned from the five who sat out of practice Wednesday. Left tackle David Bakhtiari (ankle), outside linebacker Jayrone Elliott (quad) and defensive lineman Letroy Guion (foot) didn’t participate, but continued to perform light workouts on the side.

Cornerback Sam Shields remains in the concussion protocol and didn’t attend practice. If Shields isn’t cleared, rookie Quinten Rollins would start in his place this Sunday against Arizona. Reserve lineman Don Barclay likely would start in place of Bakhtiari if he can’t go.

Running back Eddie Lacy (ribs) continued to practice despite showing up on Wednesday’s injury report.
