Packers' Elliott out, Shields doubtful

The Green Bay Packers on Friday ruled out outside linebacker Jayrone Elliott, a key special teams contributor, for Sunday's game at Arizona and listed cornerback Sam Shields as doubtful.
Elliott sustained a quad injury during last Sunday's 30-20 victory at Oakland and Shields still is trying to return from a concussion suffered Dec. 13 against Dallas.
Shields' absence could be felt sorely against a potent Cardinals passing attack featuring quarterback Carson Palmer and wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald that averages a league-leading 422.9 yards per game.
Left tackle David Bakhtiari (ankle) was listed as questionable along with defensive tackle Letroy Guion (foot) and tight end Justin Perillo (hamstring).
The Packers took Christmas off and plan to practice Saturday in Scottsdale, Ariz.
