Tennessee Titans defensive tackle Jeffery Simmons (98) takes the field to face the Bills at Nissan Stadium Monday, Oct. 18, 2021 in Nashville, Tenn.

The Buffalo Bills were driving down the field, slicing through the Tennessee Titans defense late in the game on Monday night, with Tennessee leading 34-31.

But the Titans eventually stopped the Bills just enough to force a game-deciding 4th and 1 from just outside the Titans' 2 yard line with 22 seconds left. Would the Bills try to force overtime with a field goal, or try to get the first down and win the game?

Bills coach Sean McDermott picked the wrong choice, because Buffalo called on Bills quarterback Josh Allen to run a quarterback sneak, right at Titans defensive lineman Jeffrey Simmons.

And Jeffery Simmons versus Josh Allen inside the tackles is always a Titans win.

Simmons also got help from a Titans defensive front that held up on the play, but his penetration sealed Tennessee's 34-31 victory.

Tennessee moves to 4-2 with the win and retains its two-game lead in the AFC South
