Westbrook-Ikhine, 24, was the Titans' second leading receiver last season with 38 catches for 476 yards and four touchdowns. Undrafted out of Indiana in 2020, Westbrook-Ikhine rose from being a core special teamer to a dependable target for quarterback Ryan Tannehill. Westbrook-Ikhine has appeared in 30 games, including eight starts, with the Titans.
Tart, 25, posted 16 tackles (including two for loss) and a quarterback hit in 11 games. He made 10 starts for the Titans last season as a dependable run stuffer. Undrafted out of Florida International in 2020, he made seven appearances as a rookie.
Woodside, 27, has been Tannehill's backup the last two seasons, beating out a number of competitors for the job. A 2018 seventh-round pick, Woodside has appeared in 11 games for Tennessee.
